I bought a ticket Thursday and took the 3 hour ferry today. It's really nice and quiet here-I think I'll wander around town and see if I can find a hike. I got to do a little shopping yesterday in Napier, which may have helped me be in such a good mood. Katherine would have loved this fun jewelry store-they had some one-of-a-kind pieces from New York. I don't feel so pressed to get somewhere as I have been feeling, but I tend to get bored when I relax too much. I can't even enjoy a vacation-what's wrong with me?
